We have never been busier, and this will show what we are up to lately!
Before Christmas we worked alongside Durham Trading Standards and Age Concern at a number of venues, we went out in the community to ensure that older people in the region were safe during the colder months of the year.
We didn''t know so many electric blankets existed! We are very good at testing but not so good at folding, one lady we met was in her late 80''s and told us she was "running messages" in the village for some of the "old folk"!!
We have also recently completed some 60+ apartments on Newcastle quayside. "Lovely places but where do visitors park?" saying that though it might stop the mother-in-law coming!!
We also welcome Co-Op logistics and many others to our electrical safety service.

What is an item?
E.G:
A kettle with a separate base will be counted as two items as they both need separate tests and identifying numbers in case of separation or use individually!
A computer system will be commonly be made up of four separate items e.g monitor, base unit, IEC power lead X2 !
If the the lead can be separated from the appliance then they are considered as separate items.
Standard* Items exclude items used in or applicable to/within factory''s, construction sites, fitters tools, 415v/110v/230v power tools, workshops, Labs, commercial kitchens, split sites, garden centres and any Item deemed to be non-standard by North East Observation Limited or its Employees. Such non-standard Items will be charged at a rate of £1.99 +VAT per Item if no written agreed price is made with the client !
A charge of £49.50 +VAT per NEO Ltd personnel attending the site may be charged at the discretion of North East Observation Limited to cover minimum numbers or access to equipment issues!
